I've been dealing with OneMain for over a decade and they have always been professional and friendly.

If the phone rings and you see OneMain Financial, answer it. I had wanted to combine my credit cards and they made it happen. With limited info from me I was immediately approved. A 10 minute call and 25 minute visit to the office, money was transferred to my account before I could get home. The representative was very professional and informative and made the process very comfortable.if you need a loan and working on your credit, or not, don’t wait for them to call you, you can call them.

I've faced a lot of financial hardship this year and couldn't get payments in and William at the Monkey Junction branch has been so helpful and so kind. They work with you as much as they can.
