Joey Buck and Loria Teachey are phenomenal. We talked to two other mortgage persons before coming to Joey Buck at Seaside Mortgage. We were not spending big money on a home and I'm guessing that's why the other mortgage companies did not return our phone calls after our original meeting. My wife and I bought our home between us and the seller without a realtor. Joey took the time to walk us through every step of the way. Absolutely great to work with! I worked with Joey Buck and Loria Teachey to refinance my mortgage mid/late 2021. They were referred to me by a friend who spoke very highly of them and I am so grateful for the referral. They were amazing and extremely helpful. They responded quickly and were on top of everything. They really took the time to make sure I got the best loan, interest rate, appraisal value, and lowest PMI possible. Complete contrast to the previous mortgage company I used to buy my home, who waited until a few days before closing to figure out I didn't qualify for a loan/program they said I qualified for a month prior and basically gave me no option but to go with a loan with a crazy high PMI for the entire lifetime of the loan, if I wanted to close on time. I had even followed up with them several times to make sure all was good and to confirm I qualified leading up to closing. After refinancing, my PMI was reduced by 83% and I won't have to pay it at all in about 4 years now. My interest rate was reduced to sub 3%. My monthly payment was reduced by nearly 10% too! That would not have been the case had it not been for Joey, Loria, and Seaside Mortgage. They looked at multiple providers and found the best one for me. I can't imagine a better team to work with!
