Southern Loans is a consumer finance company licensed by the North Carolina Banking Commission. Established in 1988, Southern Loans specializes in personal Loans from $300 to $5000 and automobile purchase loans up to $12,000.
My daughter applied for a loan once they found out her name. They all of a sudden didn't give loan to the area we live in, which is the next town over. It is only because my daughter's name is Africa. This is 2015 why can't we all get along? If Southern Loans don't like people of colors, move. I hate people like that. No one of any race should apply with them.

The female staff there are rude. We have had different accounts with them for many many years and due to the customer service they have now at the wilmington office I would not recommend them to anyone now. It would be a great idea to retrain them in customer service or clean house.

Very great group of staff & manager. Nice to talk to with random conversation, along with your loan conversion. Everyone there treats you like a human being & always shows everyone that they care.
