The staff at this location are some of the friendliest and most helpful group of people I have met. They strive to do what they can to assist their customers in any way possible. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a loan!

Never have I heard a business tell you the only deferment they offer is when you get behind on a payment in my case all are current. But been out work for two weeks cause of being sick and waiting for test results to come back but they tell you you they do deferment when you are late behind payment that's a trap to charge you late fees and bad business practices in a time that this country is facing something such as this covid disaster..

Dont do it!!!! And if you have to speak to anyone at this branch I reccommend Nikki or Tonya. At this point id rather go to court than deal with Adrian! Calling head quarters next, maybe they will stick to their word, and actually help me! Editing to add, try Time Finance as well, totally different experince!
