Initially my experience went well. The young man was professional and accommodating. Now that I have an account, they don’t answer their phones and I can’t get anyone to call me back about anything including my account. And the one time I did speak to a woman she was not informative or friendly and said she would call me back but never did. On top of that, I can’t make an additional payment online to lower my interest! Sorry I did business here.

My experience with Mariner was great. The service was fast and the representative I worked with was fantastic. She was very friendly and most of all knowledgeable of the process making my time there short, sweet, and to the point. I would gladly recommend others to go there.

They tell you one loan amount once you get there and decline all their insurances now they lower your loan amount. They won’t give you the original loan amount what a waste of time and gas when you calculate the difference between your new payment and what your payment was going to be with all the insurances that’s the difference of your loan right there. Worst scam on the market.
