They don't answer the phone or return your calls!. The tellers are friendly but that's it for the most part. Really aren't here to help.

I've been with this bank for 12 years and I've never had an issue! Whether that be with my account or a loan. They are always SO friendly and eager to help! I've always had GREAT customer service with a smile! I will never change banks!

These people take money from the government to help handicapped people. Then make it impossible to get a "special loan" for low income.
