They don't answer the phone or return your calls!. The tellers are friendly but that's it for the most part. Really aren't here to help.

I've been with this bank for 12 years and I've never had an issue! Whether that be with my account or a loan. They are always SO friendly and eager to help! I've always had GREAT customer service with a smile! I will never change banks!

Self help in Wilson is such a wonderful branch, they are so sweet and kind with the want to help answer any questions that a person may have. Any time I've been inside, everyone has been ideal hosts in this form of setting.

These people take money from the government to help handicapped people. Then make it impossible to get a "special loan" for low income.
