This is a nice place but it's still a bank. Always expect a line because when it comes to your money, you want them to take their time. I had only one negative experience. They have a machine that you can put your coins in for free and it prints out a receipt which you give to the teller to give you cash or deposit. I always count my money and used the machine. It shorted me a quarter. They didn't believe me. So I got a roll from them and tried it, same thing. They never stated it was shorting people but did close the machine down. That is why I never use Coinstar.

Terrible service, not a single person cares to help, loan officer I was working with left home in the middle of assistance got stranded in a dealership 3 hours away for 5 hours. worse then one star

If you're looking for any help related to a mortgage, see Ernest at this branch. He really knows his stuff and gives great advice. I have had poor experiences at other branches in Wilson but never had any issues at this one.
