This office has the worst customer service ever with the exception of the pregnant lady with glasses & the Hispanic lady that just started. Veronica, the Mgr and the guy all need to be fired. Veronica needs to learn morals,respect and customer service. The Mgr needs to learn how to manage & accept responsibility for her employees. The guy needs to learn not to argue with women, customer service, not to mock individuals & respect. Veronica was rude on the phone told me "it wasn't her problem " regarding the policy on a final payment. Went to office to make payment, inform Mgr of her employees behavior and get corporates number. Mgr never acknowledged me, never apologized once I stated what happened. The guy is just staring at me like ok who cares. Veronica gets off phone & proceeds to say "yeah it was me" Mgr says nothing. I reply back with realness & rudeness. The guy precedes to cuss, stopped helping me and tells me to leave. The only thing the Mgr said to me was "now I have to leave." There was also another customer in the store as the employees are acting this way. I have called corporate and filed a complaint.

My experience with Regional Finance was absolutely amazing. The staff Ms. Black was very professional and accommodating. Great services and I was treated with dignity and respect. If anyone is looking for a loan I would highly recommend Regional Finance Services.
