They claim to help people with bad or no credit just so they can have the opportunity to adversely affect your credit without helping you at all. They will only help you if you have at least 6 months of stable credit history with at least 2 debts on your credit report. They advertise themselves as a company that helps people with bad or no credit but really they refuse if you don't already have a decent credit history regardless of your circumstances. Its fine to be a regular loan office, but don't call yourself "bad credit loans" then refuse to help people with bad credit. Then you're just flat out lying

I would pay no mind to the salty criticism Time Financing gets from other reviews, their customer service representatives are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Make sure Karyn takes care of you because she knows exactly what she's doing and a good person overall, well worthy of a promotion tbh.

Excellent communication. Karyn explained the process of receiving a loan thoroughly and was pleasant for the entire process. They make courtesy calls to remind customers of upcoming payments and are very easy to deal with.

I have a 497 credit score and improving current income over 7000 a month job over 2 years and still denied they definitely don't help people with bad credit but it's ok when my credit builds back up I'll definitely be going elsewhere for a loan

Worst Customer Service. Auto Draft Was Suppose to be setup. Went months thinking it was. They was charging late fees and interest after several attempts to setup auto draft and enormously late fees and intrest. Pretty sure it was done on purpose. Would not recommend Time Financial To No One

Dropped by to make a payment. The entire staff has always been very professional. One of the young ladies at the North Point location ( teller#434) is such a pleasure to talk to. She always brightens up my day.

Always have 5 star services. Whether it's flexibility on payments or just friendly nice helpful faces they do it all. Highly recommend their services.
