We had called last month to update our account information. Now that the 1st arrived we're not able to log in and the money hasn't been taken off our account, indicating that even though we called twice, they did not update our information correctly. I am supposed to pay my car payment on the first, but they're closed until the 4th?! Now I am late on a payment and it will effect my credit due to a simple error. Disappointing as I spent quite some time on the phone last month to update my information.

Everyone I have spoke to has been kind and professional. I called to verify my account and explained that the payment would be much easier if it was mid month. They noted it on the account and made my payment due then with no change of date or late fee. I am feeling good about the rebuilding process. The rate is high but I plan to refinance in 6 months through my bank if they will not do it here. Made my first payment with ease.

I liked and respected everyone at the company in Goldsboro until they lied. I called them up stated i had chemo was told they would send someone to pick up the car and later got a letter stating they took the car because i had no insurance. Tell the truth!! In may i voluntarily surrendered my car because i was sick.

Decent loan company. Got a loan from them for a 2008 Elantra. My credit wasn't good so I do have a high interest rate but haven't had a problem with customer service. If you give them advance notice you will be late on payment they will work with you and offer to let you pay interest only one month to help you catch up for next month. Might use them again for my next car purchase.

This company is a fraud I paid them off in February have all of my documents and it is now July, they were still on my credit report as owing I filed a dispute with Equifax and Whitestone said that they were reporting correctly, which is fraudulent. They have been paid off and I'm contacting Equifax again with all of my documents because no one from Whitestone will return my calls!
