Everybody in this office is rude it took everything in me not to cuss the woman out behind that glass these people in this office truly have no respect for others be glad when my car is paid off! Please don’t get a car loan through this company RUN

They financed me when everyone else said no with little job time...they never harass me I stay in touch when my car payment falls on my off pay week never more than few days and they are fine with it....communication is the key...

I mean if you didn't want to help others then why even get a job to help people. It is the RUDENESS for me!!! It's one thing to put your best foot forth but to have a nasty attitude NOPE y'all can keep that and your business. Do not come to work if you don't want to be there because the service is just like their nasty attitude. Grumpy Bitter Women that work here

My experience overall was absolutely AMAZING! Ms Jax was very thorough when walking me through a refinance and her customer service was astounding! She helped me save my vehicle while I was going through a hard time and make it work for me. To where others didn’t offer me this option. I couldn’t be anymore thankful for her! She is definitely a company asset! I look forward to doing business with her. Jax is you’re seeing this KEEP IT UP!

They are a great company. They got me into something when no one else would. I would recommend them to anyone. They will work with you. Communication is key.

Been having issues with my vehicle since day one...but they don't care as long as you make a payment......I wish I never dealt with these people.
