The loan officer we have been dealing with is very disrespectful and unprofessional. He has been telling us for a week now "I'll get back to you tomorrow, I promise" we have yet to hear from him. Everyday we call about our loan and it's "I'm sorry, tomorrow I'll call with your info." Just because we are not a big fish asking for a huge loan with a huge bank account doesn't mean we should be treated any differently. The guy told us yesterday he promises to call with news for us, guess what...he's out of the office so nothing until Monday. This is ridiculous!

Lost title to our vehicle. Made everything difficult. Couldn’t get a new title for over a year. Won’t work with us at all after trying to pay vehicle in full. Gave an offer to pay vehicle off. Owner says he doesn’t need to call back with any information. Keeps putting interest on vehicle after we didn’t want to go through them anymore. Brady was first person we went through. He is now in jail for false information. This bank is a fraud and I’ll never recommend anyone to go there.
