America’s Home Loan was suggested to me after a less than pleasant experience with my banking institution. I had applied with my bank, in which I had great standing, a large savings nest age, and strong credit history to be initially approved. After finding a home I wanted to make an offer on, and returning to my bank for final approval, I was informed they had made a paperwork error and the loan amount I could be approved for was $40,000 less. What a difference that made! I was shocked and upset, and it was suggested by a friend that I go and meet with Darin at America’s Home Loan. Darin was able to immediately sit down with me and start running initial numbers. He ran multiple loan scenarios for me as a first time home buyer, talking me through the process. Not only was Darin able to get me approved for the amount I had initially been approved for by my banking institution, he was also able to lock me into a great rate, and a down payment that came out to be thousands less than I had initially anticipated! Darin has been available to me even after my home closing to answer questions I have had regarding taxes and assessments. This was all done while I was moving from Bismarck to another location in ND for work.
