I dealt with Cindy and had set up a payment arrangement and they took my payments twice and then proceeded to send it to collections. Leaving me a message the day after my second payment stating that I would have to make payments from then on to the collection agency. She was rude and completely unprofessional. Zero help and zero explanation. Not recommended

Incredible service if and when you need to get a small loan. The manager is not only helpful but very respectful in regards to your concerns and privacy. You truly feel like more than just a customer at Bismarck Americash.

Lady was very very rude! Avoid this location if you want good polite service.

Cashed my payroll check there a few months back and the ladies there were both very friendly. They charged a small fee for cashing it but were willing to work with me on the fee. Very happy with the service there

They tried to cash my check for my payday loan 2 days before my payday with no contact. Repeatedly told them not to cash it till my payday and they didn't listen. Owner of the company Is rude hung up on me 3 time and told me she does not answer to me after I finally got fed up with her beating around the bush.

The store has New Managment that transitioned over from the other store in town Money Lenders the service is very customer friendly, fast and helpful.
