lady at the counter was super rude and disrespectful. waited in line 20 minutes while she chitchated with the customer in front of us. while waiting my kids were getting restless and she immediately got irritated. when the bank didn’t answer she got even more irritated. probably one of the worst experience i had as a customer

The staff here are so very helpful. She really worked with me to help me and was so nice and friendly. I was in a tight bind and she went out of her way to help. Grateful for her.

Spoke to a couple of people and worked with a couple. Not sure if the second girls name but 1st was Bobbi. Have to say they are quick , friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend them for any surprise financial issues or even to get by between pay days. Definitely will be back! So wish so many more businesses were ran like this!!!

My experience was wonderful! Bobbie was very friendly and helpful! She explained very well on what you will all need to make a payday loan. I am very satisfied on my experience and she will be seeing me again!

I’m so happy Bobbie is back, it wasn’t the same without her there. She seriously lights the whole room up and is so easy and friendly to work with! Plus she is efficient and fast, 10/10 recommend her.

Now that the previous manager Bobbie is back I will never go elsewhere!! Things were a little iffy working with the staff that took her place and I had to find other ways. But so very grateful Bobbie is there again she will always go the extra mile to help!!
