Totally not truthful. Told me over the phone that they help people in all situations. Good or bad credit. Just to tell me that my credit score got ding’d a couple point and they couldn’t help me and then promptly ended the call with a “have a nice day” in an extremely sarcastic tone. Don’t try take out a loan through these people. You’re better off finding somewhere that will be honest with you from the start. Terrible.

Horrible experience. They contact or solicit me twice now to take out a loan or refinance my existing loan only to find out that I do not qualify because my income debt ratio. I will never ever look to do business with this company again. Once the original loan is paid, good riddance. What ever happened to the truth? These people are sales people that say anything to get an application regardless of how it may affect the applicant. Shameful business practices!!

I find their very friendly, they work with you to get you what you need, and work a payment plan that fits your budget. I would recommend one main financial to anyone who, needs help paying off bills, or needs money for other reasons. I like them, and have had good dealings with them, I've used them twice now, and am very pleased.

Do not get a loan here. Scott is very condescending and very deceitful. If you really must, work with Brady he's a little better. They'll tell you what your payments will be then oh forgot to mention they will be twice that much due to the high interest rate once the first bill is due. Then Scott calls monthly to refinance for a lower interest rate, 1.25% lower.

Trying to get a title release from this company is almost impossible. Had good relationship with company till they closed Dickinson office. Then it all went down the toilet. Bismarck office are not very nice people. I'm done with OneMain Financial. Paid my loan off early and they got mad.

Very easy and helpful to work with. Worked with me around my work schedule which was awesome, seeing as I don't get any breaks beyond lunch all day!
