Yes, there was a 2 hour time difference and she made sure when anything needed done it worked for us in the time zone we were in. Tanya made the first time home buying process super easy, and she got us the best deal for interest rates and working with the loan company. She also was helpful in explaining what we needed to submit, and worked with us when working on submitting a document to the company and underwriter. Hungry like a wolf! Two weeks from close, our Credit Union's Loan Processor disclosed that she was unable to move our Loan forward in time for us to meet our close date. That was based upon their average completion times for all of the steps. Our realtor introduced us to Super Tanya! Tanya took our call while on vacation and got us started. While she was driving across country returning from vacation, she collected our information, got us into underwriting, home owners insurance, flood insurance, Escrow, title, the works! She doggedly pursued the myriad of details and got us to closing ten days later! Tanya is focused and detail oriented. She gets type 'A' results but is very personable, easy to chat with.
