Very rude and unprofessional . Took no responsibility for their employee’s error. If there was a zero rating they would have gotten that.

Worst customer service ever! Won’t answer their phone even though they open and I’m at drive through. She stormed off from window and did not return. She should be fired!

Came in today to exchange 100.00 in US currency to Canadian currency. I am not from here or bank at this bank. The bank teller said they couldn’t exchange 100.00 because they needed to save it for their customers. I’m sure there is hundreds of ppl at this bank heading to a one day trip to Canada today. We ended up going to First National bank down the street and had no problem there. See the posted picture below too see an example on how the teller was.
