Bank Forward, Carrington, ND

Wow, we had not run into a rude person in Carrington, but that good run crashed in flames at Bank Forward in the drive through on the 4th of September at 4:13pm. Bank Forward would not give us a cash advance on a Visa because we have out of state ID. (Even though the card was issued by the NDANG, Freedom Credit Union in Fargo) If that is the policy OK, but the rudeness was excessive and unnecessary. When I stated that we had gotten a cash advance at one of the other banks in town, she replied: "well I guess that's where you should go then" (and there was much more to the rudeness than that) Gate City Bank down the street, was very nice, helped us out with the advance in a courteous and professional manner. Since we are moving back to North Dakota, we will certainly think of that when we open our new accounts. I do think this is a Bank Forward, Carrington problem, as we had a very good experience with the Valley City, Bank Forward branch. If I could rate Bank Forward Carrington minus five stars, I would.
