I would rate them 0 if I could. Apparently you can walk into this bank and withdraw $2000 of anyone’s money without an ID which happened to my brother who is a single father solely supporting a 2 year old girl, and it was caught on camera. He was told to file a report which he did, and his money would be returned, which it hasn’t been and the bank is punishing him for their mistake by not allowing him a checking account or debit card, only savings. Your money is NOT safe here so unless you have $2000 to spare or no responsibilities that require money, I would NOT recommend this place.
