this company has been taking money from my account for over 3 years for a bill that was only 1500. when I called and asked why they were still taking money the lady was RUDE and told me that I still owe 500. when I told her no due to the math you have taken more than the bill amount and she will stop all payments from my checking account. she got upset and got even RUDER. there has to be away to stop these folks from robbing others. because that is what they are doing.
well lets just add this to the mix i just looked at my bank account and they took 300 bucks from me and once on the phone told me that I owe other 5g. how is this right. you have been talking money from us for years and I havent been to a doctor in sidney for 3 yrs.

Rude. Demanded a higher payment then we could afford. We agreed to pay $50 a month and were told we could not get our balance. Seriously? How are you paying money but aren’t allowed to know what you pay and subtract what you have left to pay? Absolutely rude on the phone.

1st of all let me start with the beginning. I was told that I needed to pay a balance and they were trying to collect a debt. I said was this bill from insert certain health care provider in my local town? They told me yes. I said of course it is. I asked well the hard season right now due to Christmas and I have 3 kids birthdays in January. Can I start out with a payment of $50 a month 3 he said could you do 10% of the total bill owing? I told him that I could not afford at this time however in February I would be able to make that payment and if I could make a $50 payment to day and another in January. He asked me if you could put on my credit card I assumed he was talking about the $50. He then said no can we put the total amount on your credit card and you pay the balance your credit card . I told him I didn't want to my credit card because that accrues interest . I said I could you $50 that is what I was able to do at this time period he said I cannot take a payment that low . He said it was unreasonable amount considering the bill. I told him it was not unreasonable for me as he does not know how much I make . He then said let's just put it on your credit card. I told him I do not want my credit card stop asking. Then said why don't you just take my $50 today and I can pay you more in February. He then argued with me for the next 5 minutes about taking my payment. I don't ask why won't you take my money. He said he would not take a balance that low . I explained the situation before and she took my money . I did not think it was gonna be this hard to give a debt collector some money.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I understand a debt was owed and I spoke to someone a month ago a bit less who was relatively nice well a man called today and was downright rude it was very upsetting to say the least. I offered a payment amount that could be comfortably made and I’m absolutely appalled at the attitude I got. Basically being told I should take on even more debt to settle this debt. I have never in my life experienced someone so rude before ever. I understand needing to pay debts/bills and we are doing the best we can but this attitude from this man was awful.

The company is terrible at customer service. They called me a told me that I owed 19,000.00 dollars and demanded 485.00 dollars a month is payments. Well, I only owe 1900.00 dollars. The lady told me to find someone to pay my bill for me. I'm a widow of an American veteran and have no one to help me with the bill which is because I was diagnosis with cancer. I going to contact the hospital that uses DCI services and let them know what kind of business they are turning my bills over to. I asked for a statement of what I owe due to the first call I got from them along with all that I have already paid them. But I got attitude about that too, with the staff there telling me they don't have to give me anything. Then when I asked again I got threatened that they were going to take me to court and take my check until the bill is paid. WOW!! There are a lot of people out there that live paycheck to paycheck and this type of customer service is horrible. I will be getting a lawyer to deal with this company.
So its a week later and after talking with the supervisor Sue she reported that she would have an statement sent to me by now. "It was to go out in the mail on 9/19/16", well no statement yet at one week later. All they have to do is send me a statement and I have the money to pay of the account in FULL!!! But they don't seem to want the money. Again you need to send me a statement so I can send the MONEY!

I am a provider and use this company to assist in collecting on debts that I've been ghosted on. My portion collected does not cover the costs of doing business, however, I would never see a dime without them. It's really interesting to read how upset people are on these reviews. They were willing to stiff their health care providers and allow them to eat copays and payments, but they are upset when those agreements are enforced that they made with the provider??? This place isn't shady. They are straightforward. You saw a provider, you pay the copay. If you prioritize Christmas and birthdays and fun time over your bills, that's on you, not them. Remember- providers have Christmas and birthdays and fun too.....we earned that right. And to stiff us on what you owe us that requires us to grab through credit collection is shady. Don't see a provider if you won't prioritize paying them.

The receptionist was completely rude as hell and at first I told her I could make a payment but didn't want that but when I called back she said she could take a payment. It's like make up your mind do you want me to pay my debt or not.

I am more than happy to pay any debt that I owe - What I want to know is why did it take the company over FIVE years to contact me about my debt? If they did call, why was there no messages ever left? It was FIVE years between the last letter they sent me until I got a letter just yesterday about an order of wage garnishment! They stated they had tried contacting me multiple times, so I asked when the last letter was sent... NOVEMBER of 2017. How am I supposed to know if something is outstanding when I am not contacted or when nothing shows up on a credit report? Is this the companies way of accruing interest and making money? DO BETTER DCI CREDIT SERVICES!!!
