Because of their mismanagement of accounts I had to freeze my credit report because they laughed about sending any and all my account information to a 3rd party. I have reported them to any and everything I can. Never received a single thing (loan paperwork statement or account number) only the city where my account information went. Now because of them I've had several inquiries on my credit report. Im sure they will laugh about this too. They would not even tell me where all my loan information went. I thought this was closed because I have never received anything for the duration of the loan. And they refused to provide me with anything. Now my credit is wrecked.

If I could give negative stars- I would. I am sick to my stomach. I got into a mess three years ago that i now may not be able to get out of. The interest rates are disgustingly high. I am 24 years old with a $20,000 debt thanks to these guys. They needed my car for collateral and now my car that’s worth $500 is now $16,000 with One Main. Highly DO NOT recommend.

If you ask for a manager, they'll find find a reason not to give you one, or they'll tell you they'll call you back and never do. Scam artists whose "one main" goal is boost your interest rates and charge you illegitimate late fees.

Modern day loan sharks! DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE GUYS!!! Scam. I hot a 34 % apr through them for a car I paid off in 3 weeks I paid over 700. Got a loan through my bank for 3.4% actually, I think it's lower than 3.4. Screw these guys!

was going to payoff the rest of 8 days after it was due.. People at the place said I could come by and pick up the credit than as over-payment. But when I came to get it, now I have to wait another week. I would make sure that you get things in writing... Not to be trusted.. This was a bank check send directly from my bank..

Unprofessional, impolite, unpleasant, shiesty. Not a good word to be said about this company. That branch manager Tyler is an absolute joke and a half. Rude, unprofessional, lies, hangs up on the phone and clearly knows nothing about the company or how any of it works. Just a body to fill a role is all he is. Dont waste your time with these clowns.

Worst company to ever borrow from!! I borrowed 20k and now I have to pay back 54K. Don't try it!! That is my advice. I will never do it again
