USCU was the first place i got an auto loan in 1991. Now almost 30 years later i'm still using them. Very easy to work with. I will use them again and get my kids introduced to the company as well.

I love this place! Everyone that works here is always so nice, and it's the same great service at all of the locations! :) Laura, from the Dilworth branch, has been such an incredible help with anything that we have ever needed and always goes above and beyond! We appreciate her so much and wouldn't go anywhere else ! Thanks for always being so great!!

Honestly horrible, you cant get ahold of anyone, customers should always come first so why not have a customer service department open 7 days a week. Other banks do, businesses do and why shouldn't they it's just good business. Shot work and bad across the board.
