Horrible pawn shop , just had a storm and they wouldn't do anything to help

Ashley was great. She excelled at customer service. She greeted several customers by name, and multi-tasked several quick transactions between helping me and others. She was super friendly, helpful and fun! She negotiated the selling price of the more expensive ring. I ended up buying 2 rings and she cleaned both and shared in my excitement on the difference. It may be a pawn shop, but I felt like I was in a high-end department store! I'll definitely stop in regularly to review the new rings and other merchandise. I'm glad you use the commission reward program because Ashley deserves it! She also deserves a bonus and a raise. You'd be very wise to keep her happy.

Fun and friendly staff. They were knowledgeable with their answers to my questions and I feel like I was actually treated fairly. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them myself again in the future! They even kept my info and have updated me on other items I had expressed interest in! Glad to know they actually cared!

Staff are getting more disrespectful and rude. They offered us almost nothing for $3,000 of electronics & equipment. $150 for 12 items is insane, rude, inconsiderate, and quite pathetic. The staff need training on customer interaction and communication. Rude af.

Don’t do business here. Brought a guitar amp in to sell which sells all over the internet for $160, all they would offer me was $40 or a ticket to the door. Sold another item there previously and found it on the shelves later marked up 300%. Will drastically lowball anything you bring in.
