This is the only branch I have dealt with, but I can say, without question that EVERYONE at this location is really, REALLY good at their job! My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles and a home through FCCU and everyone we dealt with is World Class! Our children have their own savings accounts, every teller has been able to help me with everything I've needed from a personalized check card, exchanging foreign currency and obtaining personal loans.

If you are looking for somewhere to put your money where you cannot use it FCCU is the place to go. If you plan to buy things and pay bills I would strongly advise going anywhere else. They decline payments regularly for no reason. When asked they will give a reason but the next time it is something else and it appears to be a never ending list. We opened the account to have a local bank but at this point an hour drive once in a while is much more convenient and they let me access my money without an issue every time.

Have always banked at FCCU! I have had such good experiences whether just visiting with the tellers or going through an extensive loan process, they make it easy! Everyone I've worked with there is fantastic. Mona helps me with all of my business endeavors and she is WONDERFUL to work with!

Cashed a couple checks here from work so I haven’t formed much of an opinion about FCCU. The two tellers I’ve dealt with don’t have the best attitudes I hate to say. The bank overall is pretty decent & clean.

Tried to deposit a check for 6 figures but could not use it for 7 days.then no one knew how to wire money.then because I was buying something I needed the money for that day they never offered a loan to get the money to the person.infact they just went and sat in their offices..I went to another bank and got helped and the purchase was made..thinking of pulling everything out.been banking there for 35 years
