Absolute trash company. I'm really upset that we ended up going through them for our mortgage. Our mortgage consultant had to lose our tax and bank statement info atleast 3 times during the purchase. My wife was never informed during the process. I was the only one to be emailed. Even though we gave them her information and asked to both be informed. We were okay to let all that go since we got a good interest rate.
Then, we were applying for a tax exemption on our mortgage since I am a disabled veteran. We filed in December of 2021. We sent in our exemption papers. OnQ never even called us or emailed us. Then we decided to call them about a week later and they had been just holding the papers, never filed. They told us they would file them and it would take about 45 days! A month and a half later we called again to see how the filing went. AGAIN noone filed them. Not only that, but they said we needed extra paperwork from our county. It is about February/March at this point. I am pretty peeved but I get the extra papers and file again. We wait, call again and they say they have filed them in early May. No changes to our mortgage once the next month's statement for July comes out. It's today (june 24th) and I call, they tell me my mortgage will be adjusted in August. We waited 6 months to be told our mortgage will be adjusted in just over 1 more month. Absolute nightmare for customer service.

Charlene Rawson did an amazing job as our mortgage finance officer. She stayed right on top of the process every step of the way and was extremely responsive to my calls and emails. Charlene also went above and beyond when the crunch of the closing date hit. There was a last minute glitch in the paperwork from escrow, but Charlene went into overdrive to make sure that the closing happened on time. What a relief! I give Charlene extra high marks and would use her services again in a heartbeat.
