Awesome Credit Union! They don't try to scam you with over draft fees like Wells Fargo or J.P. Morgan. Always only a phone call away from talking to an actual person about a fraud charge/overcharge/getting a new card etc...that works there unlike every other bank that has ever existed...

The people here are friendly and always make you feel welcome. Recently I worked with Angie Marten who helped me with a vehicle loan. I wasn't ready but I needed a reliable vehicle to get the kids to school so I was buying something that fit the family but I didn't love the vehicle and I was going through the emotions of being forced to make this purchase. I was on the phone explaining my situation to her and she listened without interrupting and gave me a lot of reassurance and helped me see all the positives including good things about the loan. She really did go that extra mile and by the time I got off the phone, I had calmed down and made my way to the bank with a smile. Also, her ability to explain things is phenomenal making this process as simple as possible. I am very grateful!
