The people who work here are always so friendly & great to work with. I love the hours too, its so much easier when your bank is still open by the time you get off work if you ever need to do something outside of the typical 9-5

As an independent bank, they can give better service suited to our town of Minot.

The difference between the Bismarck branch and the Minot branch is astonishing The lenders in Minot are TERRIBLE

The tellers are always polite and reasonably fast.

Horrible place to work. Raise a few concerns about your superiors and ask for the raise you actually deserve, and they will make up a reason to fire you. Considering my supervisor was incapable of doing her job and the woman who fired me was incapable of actually giving a true reason why, I would suggest you avoid this place like the plague.
