Terrible customer service. Had a loan we paid off early. Went in with the payment. Was not told we had to sign any paperwork to stop the auto-draft. They continued to auto-draft and when we called about it they said it was our fault for not stopping the auto-draft and asking to get that paperwork. Also would not refund NSF that was their fault that drafted. Very very disappointed in this bank. Would not recommend if you are looking for a customer centric place.

They make an effort to learn your name on sight, very friendly. Also phone contact hours are correct but the drive up hours 9:00A-5:30 M-F and Sa 9:00A-12:00P

I will never bank anywhere else. Everyone here is awesome and takes care of me like a member of the family!
