If at all possible, I would give this a negative star review. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life by anyone. I moved to another state and tried to get my loan refinanced at my new credit union and this credit union has snubbed them and ruined my credit, threatened to repo my car and now im screwed financially that its going to take me years to recover from. They vlaim they are calling me and I have not gotten any of those. Not a single person here has any compassion for the situation they have caused me. Not a single on of them will help me get back to a place that I can get on top of my situation. They never answer their phones. And they will take you moneg with out approval from you. I absolutely hate this credit union, its a disgrace to credit unions. And a disgrace to their members. Tiffany and annett are the worst of them all. Do not use this credit union, if you value your financial status.

Service is usually quick, staff seems to genuinely want to help and are always polite.
