Watch out. There gonna hit you with every exaggerated charge known to man. Haven’t got any yet, just opened my account but wasn’t shown any of these charges until I had already opened an account and gotten a credit card with them.

Horrible bank. Refuses to do business with members. There is no reason to do business with this co-operative, they do not want work with anyone. It seems like they are afraid of the oil slow down so they won't give loans to their members. I would pull all your money out before they close and keep your money.

1-24-2019 I had a credit card issue - I called Dakota West and got Sandy after one click! She promptly fixed my mistake and as always , very cheerful. I feel so self assured with her on your staff - have known her since she first joined the credit union when the staff was small. She has always been an outstanding representation of the banking business with neighborhood friendliness.

I just want to say that Tosh (hopefully her name is spelled right) that I spoke on the phone with was incredibly nice and very helpful. I appreciated her patience with me.

It seems like I can never reach anyone. I call multiple times a day and never get an answer, I have been calling to inquire about a business account I suppose I should just look elsewhere?

This institution will screw you. Keep cash always with you do not leave all your money in this bank because when they go home THERE GONE!!! you sleeping outside like a bum because can't access your property

The staff is not only amazing but so are the services offered! The employees are well learned in what's available and can help fit you with a perfect account! Did I mention they have "pee wee" accounts? I am enthused to bank here and never dread going in!
