Family owned banking has been such a difference over Wells Fargo.

I would have given this bank a negative 5 but it doesn't allow me to. This is the worst bank I have even dealt with There bank fees are outrageous and they do not honor there commitment to business or otherwise. They are very unprofessional and all the good bankers and loan officers have left this bank. I will be closing my business and personal accounts with this bank. For future clients I would definitely not recommend this bank for either business or personal accounts. This bank will rip you off.

The customer service is outstanding .the young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable and professional.
