Been with this bank for 3 years had a personal line of credit through them went on medical from work couldn't make the payment for two months did an extension on the loan and they still sent my credit report a late payment dropping my score 60 points paying the loan off then hello first national

Poor customer service. They don’t send out adverse action notices. They assume people look at their account online everyday.

1st of I want to say how easy Colette made my transaction. I have never had such a great experience with a bank. Thank you for the time and effort that you put in to help me with the transaction that I was making. If you need to do anything that deals with banking, go here. Its a one stop shop. They know what they are doing no questions asked. You only have to talk to one person and not be sent all over the place to have something done.

Love this bank super nice people and easy to get a long with recommend it to everyone!!
