FNBO - First National Bank of Omaha, Alliance, NE

I use the FNBO website all of the time to check on payments and make sure that I haven't missed something in my account. On March 10th and 11th something has gone wrong with the website. You can't check in and it has an overlay trying to talk you into one of their services. I hope this gets fixed quickly because it is frustrating to not be able to get in to ones account. The one star is for whatever is happening at the moment.

I was offered a Scheels card with fnbo and it’s a joke the service they provide. I would NEVER use them again or ever. STAY AWAY

I'm told they're pretty bad to people who are applying for jobs - also super rude even to people who have banked there for 35 years if they don't "know" you. Sorry about being new in town, God Bless you.

I always get nervous in banks but the staff (at least on the outside) act as though they really do want to help. When setting up my account, they made sure I understood everything before it was finalized.

Great bank, very friendly and helpful. They enjoy what they do and it shows.
