Oh, i believed why there's one star to rate, if there's below zero i would rate it. Very poor customer service. I just called today acquiring some information regarding, requirements opening an account, one question that Carol (on the phone) looking up something to answer my question,.. She told me to hold on,.i was waiting.n waiting, pretty soon Carol's answering machine to leave message then it hanged up.I assume Carol will call me back in few hours..You think so?? NO.. I thought small banks in this town are awesome. Nah! No business .!

I’ve been with this bank since I was 13. When I joined the US Navy and traveled all over for 4 years, they still worked with me in everything. My atm amount withdrawal was too low for where I was living, also I paid rent with cash, and they would get approval for me to raise the withdrawal amount anytime I needed. I could go on and on with how much they’ve done for me but then it would be too long! They go above and beyond for their people.

I live in another state and if I have a problem like forgetting accounts or passwords they have always been glad to thank you.
