First Interstate Bank, Broken Bow, NE

Broken Bow great western is terrible!! Very rude employees one time I went to withdraw cash from my account and it took 10 minutes And 3 different employees later to get my money and each employee looked paranoid to help me I been banking with great western for about 5 years now broken bow is the worst all other great western banks are great and easy to work with.

Poor.

Very rude retail manager who calls you up at 10:30 at night to “let you know who she is” very unprofessional and will never bank there. Will be encouraging friends to not bank there to avoid nasty phone calls.
