Bank of the West, Columbus, NE

Great bank! Have accounts, loans & credit card. So far on my credit card I’ve earned $1400 & I love it. The ATM is good for us for the weekends. I have definitely more than one card or bank but this one is the best by far for earning cash. Can lock my card too if I have to.

Worst bank ever. Closes early weekdays and on weekends . Only one atm. Atm just took my card at 5pm on memorial weekend and knowbody will answer the phone for atm services and of course bank has been closed for an hour . Now what am I gunna do? Oh and not to mention they won't give the average guy a loan. Ill be looking elsewhere as of now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Tried to charge me a $9 fee for cashing their customer's check because I was not their customer. Crazy, it's like they don't want new customers.

Upset. They close early on days that are not even Holidays yet. Without giving customers notice.
