Horrible people that work here. Honestly wish I could close my account. Apparently they told me the wrong amount for my loan when I got it last year and I have been paying that for over a year. They were giving me late charges every month without telling me. I never got a courtesy call or something sent in the mail. They also never sent me home with copies of my contract when I got said loan. Then when I tell them about it they say they can't babysit every loan. Horrible customer service. I found out my account was past due in the drive through line in front of 5 other cars. Extremely embarrassing. Then for them to disrespect me on the phone is equally frustrating. They wouldn't even wave one of the late fees even though it was paid that same day. Wish I didn't bank here. Oh also when you use a different ATM you get charged around $3 at the ATM and then an additional $2 from your bank. Just lining their pockets with these fees.

Curious why we got credit application denial from them stati g the scores were lower than any other score we have on record... We haven't applied for credit through them... sounds phishy.

They don’t care about their members. The president doesn’t know how to do his job and makes excuses for himself and the workers. The tellers try and tell you who you can’t and can’t have on your account. They never give phone calls back and then when you make a complaint they get rude.

Great for low interest loans. Steer clear of their checking accounts as they have lots of hidden fees and will refuse to refund you.

This Credit Union will screw you over! I have been a customer for many many years. A few weeks ago I got a money order for $1400 and I sent it to my mortgage company. A week later I got a call it had never made it there, it got lost in the mail, so I went in to get it reissued and they would not reissue it until its found! Why would I need it reissued if I found it? They are foreclosing on my house now, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

horrible bank and people they call and say hey we need payment for car i told them yes there will be money in there in 2 weeks they said perfect my loan is 400 paid up in june they pulled july 12 to pay loan and charging loan payment 593 and just hit my credit delinquent!! horrible bank I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS NOW!! they love screwing people ove!! there is better banks then this place!

This is an okay at best establishment for setting aside some cash. However I recommend thinking twice before getting a loan. Despite my excellent credit rating we were denied an auto loan. Then were charged 25.00 dollars for the process. Rest assured we will not get that much in interest in the next ten years, at the rate they pay it will take more like fifty years to recoup that.
