Midwest has been my bank for nearly 40 years. Even though I no longer live in a community with a branch I have utilized both bank by mail and now on line banking. I always receive the same exceptional personal service.

Always polite and friendly, always helpful. A great bunch of people! If that person doesn't have the answer, they will get you to the person who does. It is absolutely wonderful to talk to a person instead of an automated machine.

I do a lot of my banking over the phone with Midwest. They are always very helpful and courteous. Great staff.
