My call with Morgan at Amur was absolutely amazing. I was a little flustered with the issue I was trying to get resolved soon. She was very patient with me, very helpful, and thorough with the car. You can tell she really loves what she do and helping people. She went above and beyond with the issue I called about. And I am so grateful for her service. Thank you so much Morgan.

Danielle, the title specialist was great in helping me with the change of address required on my title. She was able to understand the issue by being open-minded and good listener. Nothing was lost in translation even with my thick accent. 5 stars for her.

My company needed information from Amur and I called and got Morgan. She was awesome (so was Sophia!) and helped me with a polite, professional demeanor. Seems like a great team.

This company has very deceitful practices. They do not communicate the actual terms of the loan. All their replies repeatedly state how they strive for great customer service and communication, but that is obviously not the case if so many customers are experiencing the same problem. We asked about the interest rates and terms and were never told that they add finance charges and not interest that are almost half the price of the equipment to the actual amount financed and all has to be paid even if you do not take the full 60 months to pay it back. Nowhere on the contract that you sign does it state this. When you question them, they advise that you can see the monthly payment and how many months you have to pay, but that is the same when you mortgage a house or buy a car, but the amount changes if you are paying it off before the term of the loan. This is the most dishonest and money hungry company I have ever done business with. They scam small business owners out of thousands of dollars. We would have never financed with them if this was clearly advised as we always pay off debt early to save money on interest. We fully understand taking out loans and the cost of interest when banks have to cover those loans for years but charging customers for 60 months' worth of interest on loans that they only hold for a couple months is disgusting. We are in contact with a lawyer and would love to work with other small businesses who have this same issue.

This company is a predatory lending company- they DO NOT disclose your interest rate on the so called contract they provide. You think they are a legit company until you call for a payoff and you are hit with ALL the interest, which is NO WHERE to be found on the paperwork that you sign. How can they charge you interest when they do not disclose the interest rate? This is by far the WORST company. People please be aware. do your research, this is illegal. We have contacted a lawyer and are getting prepared for a battle because this is absolutely disgusting to be deceitful when it comes to large amounts of money and people work very hard and are being directly lied to all they say is the contractual amount- which if you look at the paper work no where does it say anything other then term, original fin amount and payment amount so that is DECEITFUL!!!! AMUR you are scam artists. We are also going to to attorney general, anyone else have this problem? Since I can not comment on there post. I am editing this one. There is no way you looked at my account, because there is NOT one under my name. And what I am talking about is the fact you do do not disclose an interest rate or that you will be charged upfront for interest. Amur, why are you not disclosing thus? I would be happy to show copies.

Greg & I can't say enough about Chance Asquith. It is so refreshing to see professionalism, hard work and true customer service these days. Chance brings that to every transaction we do! He is very knowledgeable of the products & programs available for each loan request. He stays in contact with us throughout the year, just checking to see if we need to purchase anything new or to update our logging equipment, trucks or trailers. The logging industry is a tough way to go but Chance has made the financial aspect of it much easier. When we need something new, he's right there to help & guide us.
