Five Points Bank, Grand Island, NE

Worst service ever at this bank, the lady at the drive thru window refused to cash in my change at the DRIVE THRU window and told me I have to come inside to do so when at any other location of five points will gladly handle my transaction at the window with no problem.

They used to ask for just a phone number to cash your check if you wasn't a member. Now they want a social security number, phone number, and a finger print. The company I work for banks there that should be good enough. I won't return or consider an account here because next time they may want a blood and hair sample to do business.

I went in to get a paper noterized and Dave was rude. I’ve banked there for a while but will never go to the one on eddy and 4th again.

Rude and incompetent employees. Tried cashing a check and they wanted a lot of information but the “manager” couldn’t tell me why they needed any of the information. Don’t put someone in charge that doesn’t even know what or why their doing it.
