I've been a customer for several years. Easy loan process. Friendly, professional loan advisers. Danielle is always very friendly and helpful. Quick, seamless process that allows you to complete everything within several hours. Nice app for making payments and monitoring loan and rewards. Clean, comfortable office centrally located in Grand Island. They offer higher interest loans for those with less than perfect credit, so it's best to pay more than due and payoff early to avoid unwanted interest fees.

Called in to make a simple payment change and they did not do what they said they were going to do. Caleb was the guy I worked with and when I got frustrated with him because he wasn’t understanding that the conversation we had was different than his recollection, I was laughed at. Andrea the “supervisor “ was rude and completely insensitive to the situation. Very unprofessional between both of them. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Grand island office has rude representatives. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Danielle the representative likes to yell at customers and hang up on them. She makes up stuff as she goes.

I applied for a debt consolidation loan. I got a pre-approval for an unsecured loan in amount I needed and the payment I wanted! Perfect! I submitted the required documents and then received a phone call with two counter offers. One was 2/3 the amount I needed but it had to be secured (my car title) and the 2nd offer was 1/2 of what I needed and it would be unsecured. So I declined both offers. I’m not desperate, it wasn’t necessary. I just wanted to combine everything into one payment. Well because I wouldn’t take their offers they decided to turn it around and email me and say they denied me due to information on my credit report. How about you stop preying upon people and allow them to walk away because they’re smart and know what you’re all about? You pre approved me and then took it back, fine. I’m not going to take a loan that won’t help me!

These people were very hard to work with, they never called back or called when we had a scheduled appointment.
