Peoples mortgage is the best place to go they will make it happen for you and if there is any complications they will work through it with you they are awesome everyone should go to them to get approved for a house! Diane is amazing and so helpful!

Diane was a great person. My trust was never with people's mortgage though. I feel I could have got a lower intrest rate through a bank. We put 20% down on a $210,000 home and my credit is over 700 and we still had a 4.25% intrest rate after paying almost $700 to drop it from 4.5. I feel peoples mortgage is for lower income families who are desperate for a mortgage. I should have shopped around more. Again, Diane was fantastic and nice! My raiting is for people's Mortgage as a company.
