Pinnacle Bank, Gretna, NE

I recently used this branch to take out a loan for a motorcycle. Mary, the branch manager was wonderful to work with. I was unfamiliar with the process and she did a great job walking me through the steps and helping to get me the best rate and terms possible. I have been banking here for over a decade and have no intention of taking my business elsewhere. Thanks to Mary and staff for the personable and friendly service!

Great customer service! I didn't have an account here but needed a quick notary. They were more than willing to help! I would definitely use them if I lived in the area.

Wish I could give it a negative star... Multiple times I have had issues with THIS branch specifically... Tonight I got to the drive through (that closes at 6)at 557...the teller showed up to help me after I pressed the call button multiple times... Only to tell me that they close at 6 and that I could not make a deposit because she had balanced out the drawer... Then proceeded to balance out her drawer right in front of me... I have pictures of her counting her drawer down soooo .. Cool pinnacle, cool.
