We were working with our old bank to refinance our home loan. It was a bit of a nightmare. We were told about Exchange bank. I was a week from closing our loan with the other bank but had frustration, after frustration. So we switched to Exchange Bank and wow, night and day difference! They know what they are doing! We worked with Annemarie and she was so professional with every detail! There's a lot of back and forth, lots of paperwork. You could tell she had everything together and would always reply when I sent her anything. Closing was easy and went well. Everyone at exchange bank is friendly and helpful!
