Am done with great western bank or first interstate. How do you not post ones transactions for like 4 days straight. Its online banking which is suppose to be easy but its the worst thing ever. I have zero idea how much I have in my account because for 5 days now my transaction details have not been updated Also I have been on hold with your 855 number 2 days in a row. Multiple calls each day...

Terrible customer service. Had some possible fraudulent activity on my card in late may/early june so GWB/FIB cancelled my card. No problem right? I'll have a new card in a couple days, right? Nope. After they cancelled the card they told me new cards won't be mailed out till mid june to early july. Called my local branch (which is now 1 location, used to be 2) to get a temporary card but none were available and was told my new card won't arrive until the end of july. What a pain. No card, limited access to a branch to get cash, I have to borrow my wifes card just to get gas. I'd love to dump FIB. Great way to welcome new customers FIB. Branch location: Holdrege, NE 68949

My experiences at Great Western Bank have always been good. My favorite teller is Annalise. She is always friendly, helpful, and has a big smile on her face. I appreciate that she always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Great Western.

I have used Great Western Bank for the better part of four years now to do my business banking. They are knowledgeable, professional and oriented on helping me increase my financial stability. I highly recommend their work.

The tellers have always been extremely pleasant to work with. I cannot however say the same for the bankers whom I’ve had to work with over the last week. I was asked to make 4 trips to the bank and was treated like an inconvenience to their day each time.

I have been and was a customer of First Interstate Bank when they were still great western for over 15 years. I had a few problems with great western but they were always courteous. But not First Interstate any way they can hold onto your money or take it they do. So after the first of November and I get a chance to change my direct deposits I will no longer do business with them I highly recommend shopping around and putting this institution in its proper place. Yes I did lose it when I know I had money in there and got three different stories on why I couldn't have it all or why and they didn't handle that. Not very nice ladies hope to see learning some matters soon then maybe customers wouldn't be rude and it upsets me when I am so sorry for my part. You are one business that I will tell everyone to avoid for all reasons . YOU HAVE A NICE DAY
