Great staff Reyna Gonzales help me so much she is a blessing with her help I was able to get our first home god bless Reyna Gonzales and also Drew all Fnbo staff are great

My family has had a TERRIBLE experience with the Kearney branch and by extension, the Omaha branch. It has taken ONE YEAR of frustrating communications to them and even, at times, weeks/months of no communications from FNBO regarding settling an estate that should have been an open/shut case. They have sat on their hands and delayed inheritance disbursements and pertinent paperwork beyond anything even resembling a normal time span. I would not recommend them to take yours or any loved ones estates under their care.

Came in with a few questions and curiosity, Elaine at FNBO not only gave me the answers I was looking for, but also treated me with the upmost respect and patience. Truly a great experience working with FNBO in Kearney!

Have banked here since it was Platte Valley State bank. Values and commitment have stayed the same. Have gotten auto loans, mortgages, and simple savings and checking accounts set up here. Always been satisfied.

My Debit card was hacked …… I went to the bank and Mrs McClary took such wonderful care of me….. First National is a top notch bank!!!!!!!

Only reason I'm giving this branch a 1 🌟 is because there is a banker there by the name of Elane and she is a massive joke she dosnt know how to do her job. Opening up a new account that dosnt usually take too long took like 2hrs. I spoke to her on the phone today and she didn't even know what a deposit slip was. If she left or was fired this bank would be 5 stars 🌟!!!
