They closed the location at Wal-Mart. The main branch is open mon - Friday and closed all the weekends. And the ATM in this location works to withdraw money but not to make any deposits. Such a convenience. That means if you don't make all your transactions on Friday before they close you would have to wait until Monday. Other than that good customer service, sometimes.

I have banked here for many many years and I absolutely love it. Even though I live in Hastings, I can do any and everything I need from the mobile app. I can call in and get help with anything I need. Everyone who works there that I ever talk to is so kind and caring. I would recommend this credit union to anyone. Absolutely pleased and satisfied to the highest extent.

They refuse wires and charge a fee to return them. They don't know what to do with Fed reference numbers. The sending bank was unimpressed and so am I.
