Sol's Jewelry & Loan, La Vista, NE

Tried pawning a full set of top shelf name brand Golf clubs and these guys tried massively undercutting what I asked for (mind you it was still well below what they could have been sold for). The people claimed to “want to help” yet couldn’t seem to give me what I asked for ($800) the Irons alone used cost more than that. I wouldn’t try selling or pawning at this place. Not very good at “HELPING” those in desperate need

Very poor customer service. I've been a long time sols buyer and never had any issues and always been helpful in finding things for you. But went to ask about a purchase on a drum machine. 1 it didn't have all the cords to make it work. Would not help trying to find one. He could of had the whole sale but his attitude and presentation was very rude. Plus he had a really bad body order. I love sols but I don't think I will spend money at this location. I will stick with where me and my money is treated with respect.

Super, super, super, nice people!! My sister and I went there with our mother Christmas shopping for our boyfriends. They were very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Definitely would visit again! For five years our dad was faithful shopper at that store and I can definitely see why. It was nice to know he was remembered!

Went in looking for a shop-vac and possibly a couple more tools. Found one thought the price was kinda high. Googled it and realized they had it marked $6 above retail for a new one. Asked for a discount was given the run around then told them I found a new one online (at a big box store) cheaper, and to have a good day. The guy said I can save you $15. I left. Look at the prices, save yourself some money and google. There maybe a deal or two in there but BUYERS BEWARE.

If you are in need of jewelry repair, Sol's Jewelry in LaVista is the place to go. The customer service is fantastic. I just needed a link removed from a watch but the employees are friendly, helpful & the prices are great. It's nice to see such great customer service in todays world. Definitely will be back.

I was so pleased that I was able to come in and get my ring size verified for a ring that would hold my dad's ashes and they didn't charge me anything. I will visit them often!!! I have gotten rings from there before and a bike for my daughter - I have sold stuff there too - they are completely helpful!!!!

I have never ever met the most scandalous scammers in my life with customer service. I understand why they stay in business, is because people have hardships. It's the owner that proved that it's not about business or compassion, it's about taking advantage of anyone to make money. The lady on 10th St location is the same way. It's a scary thing to have people in customer service LIE to your face to make you feel they're right. It's not done with care about customers, so there will always be something to be found when dealing with scammers and liars.
