First Lincoln Federal Credit Union, Lincoln, NE

I have been a member for a very long time, and ever since Wayne the CU President retired it has gone down hill. I have always paid off my loans and most of them were paid off early, and now that I applied for a small loan they want so much documentation that it is not worth my time. I guess it is finally time to close my savings and find a new CU.

We have been customers with this bank since 1992. This bank used to be an excellent bank with people who really cared about their customers. But now it's a bank were you get conflicting answers to your questions depending which two people you speak with on any given day. Even the managers can't answer banking question and makes excuses for everyone there for not returning your call for months. If I were looking for a new bank to handle my money in Lincoln it wouldn't be First Lincoln Federal Credit Union.

I have been trying to get a bank card replacement for several months. Now that I finally received it, and the card was supposed to have been activated in the bank. I find out after the bank is closed the card they told me was activated won’t work. Perfect timing as it’s 4th of July weekend. Terrible service, and absolutely no care for inconvenience caused to the customer.
